St. Matthew Is Partnering With The Community Meal Every Thursday 5PM-7PM

Free meals to people in need in our community are being given out each Thursday. They will be given out in our front parking lot. A warm meal will be brought out to a table to be picked-up. We provide 200-300 meals per Thursday.

We have people with food handler permits working on meals, everything is thoroughly sanitized, and we are making sure to keep a distance from the general public. Also, before our workers come in each Thursday, their temperatures will be taken outside. The Community Meal is working similarly to how many public schools are providing free meals to their students during this time.

Jesus said: “For I was hungry and you gave me food, I was thirsty and you gave me drink, I was a stranger and you welcomed me, I was naked and you clothed me, I was sick and you visited me, I was in prison and you came to me.” – Matthew 25:35-36
