Shawl Ministry
The Shawl Ministry reaches out with handcrafted shawls of all kinds and colors to members and friends who need to know they are wrapped in God’s love. These shawls, made by members, can be a tangible touch when words may not be enough. Each shawl has a tag attached with a prayer for the recipient, letting them know that they are being prayed for by others. Shawl are also donated to the Shawl Ministry at Advocate Good Shepherd Hospital in Barrington to be shared with patients, family members or associates who need to feel cared for and uplifted in prayer.
